The Senior Design Strategist will lead multidisciplinary teams to create insightful, empathetic, data-driven experiences for clients and their users. Utilizing design thinking and working within an agile process, you will conduct user research and testing, inform user flow journeys and content strategy, as well as contribute to product features that deliver on business goals.

Work with senior team members to conceptualize and execute designs that will advance clients’ businesses.
Participate in new business pitches to showcase great design thinking and understanding of the business impacts of great experience design.
Participate in research, stakeholder interviews, and lead the synthesis of findings.
Develop research-backed personas and connect all design to human needs.
Collaborate with the Digital Science team to assure design decisions are data-driven.
Stay up to date on the latest UX and design trends and requirements for all current and emerging formats of digital UX design.
Guide the design team to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Actively contribute to internal programs and knowledge sharing.
In true Agile fashion work with project managers and your team to adjust priorities and accelerate roadmaps.
Share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels.

Minimum education requirements: Relevant Bachelor Degree
Minimum experience requirements: 8+ Years
