Your Mission

To nurture and grow our clients' business by leading account teams in the delivery of high performing digital products and customer experiences. To build strong relationships that define us as partners with our clients, not simply 'their agency'. Keep fit and have fun!


  • Assist the Director of Account Services & the wider leadership team with managing client accounts
  • Support the day-to-day account management on all key digital marketing projects, products and services
  • Build strong client/agency relationships for both existing and new client opportunities
  • Maintain constant contact with client prime(s) to communicate project health and any forces that could affect project success, be it positive or negative
  • Support scoping and budgeting for new business pitches and proposals
  • Ownership of client/internal kickoff brief and handover to delivery team
  • Help champion new initiatives, uncovering opportunities to push the client’s digital offering further
  • Cross-functional collaboration with all departments
  • Support POWERSHiFTER’s regional staff resource allocations with delivery team and executive team, contributing to monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting
  • Weekly financial reporting of existing account status and forecasting of new business
  • Manage client invoicing
  • Report to Director of Account Strategy on all account status updates, including P&L forecasting
  • Have fun!


  • 4-6 years of digital/technology industry experience (in an account management and/or delivery capacity)
  • Proven ability to build & maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities and growing client accounts
  • Passion for presenting and writing client-facing communications
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and product owners, internal or external to the organization
  • Strong problem-solver, detail-oriented but with a focus on the client and/or product roadmap
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast moving, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate strong organization and communication skills
  • Prior experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
  • Prior experience with invoice management
